How It Works
Pay off your order - we offer lay-by payment by prior arrangement:
- Minimum purchase is $80.
- We accept Bank Deposit, Credit Card or PayPal for lay-by payments
- When using Credit Card or PayPal for lay-by payments a $5.00 (non-refundable) fee is payable with the first payment.
- The first payment (a 15% deposit) is due at the time of purchase.
- You then have 6 calendar weeks (45 days) to pay the remaining 85% in whatever installments you can manage. (During the 6 week period you can make as many or as few payments as you wish (i.e. You could pay your 15% deposit and then nothing until the last day of your 6 week period. Or you could pay your 15% deposit and then pay weekly amounts over the 6 weeks)
- Your purchase will be sent to you when the final payment is made.
- Lay-by payment is only available to Australian customers.

For PayPal payments, customers must use the "send money function" in PayPal - pay to maree@mydollyandme.com.au -your order number will be used as the payment reference for the first payment.
To Place a Lay-By Order
Follow the normal checkout procedure:
- Add the items that you want to your shopping basket.
- Go to the Checkout and enter your details
- At the Payment Method - please select "Lay-By"
- Click on "Continue to confirm your order"
Cancellations And Overdues
We will refund all money paid to date, with the exception of the $5.00 lay-by fee (where applicable) which is non-refundable, if you cancel your lay-by by contacting us via email or in writing prior to the lay-by period expiry date.
A $10.00 cancellation fee is apllied under the following circumstances: if the finalisation of your lay-by becomes overdue by 2 weeks or more, (ie; the lay by is still not finalised 2 months and 2 weeks following the date of the original purchase) and you haven't contacted us to make other arrangements.
