The Mayfair Manor house has a more traditional look and feel whilst still being children friendly, with 3 floors of open accessible spaces, allowing dolls and furniture to be easily positioned during play. It has opening Doors and Windows with working Shutters to protect against the staorm. There is a Staircase that links the two floors and an Attic for more fun and games. The house front is 2 hinged opening doors and the two piece roof section lifts open.

Doors and windows open without the obstructions found in many houses.

Assemby is straight forward, with easy to follow instructions included. A small Phillips head (star) screwdriver is required to attach the front facia hinges.
