Description:

This Wooden Abacus is a traditional, educational toy, solid well made with a fold out base which is smooth to the touch and made to last. Each row is suspended on wooden rods which are well secured into the frame.
Natural, Red, Green, Blue and Yellow beads run smoothly on the wooden rails and make a positive click as they touch each other.

This is an example of a very old accounting calculating system and is a wonderful way to introduce your little one to addition, subtraction and multiplication.
With 10 beads per row and ten rows the counting possibilities are endless.

For those very young this makes a lovely safe toy as they enjoy moving the beads around making click noises.
