My Dolly and Me use Australia Post for all shipping (GST APPLIES).

The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centres.
In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network.
Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

- International Post and GST: Unless indicated otherwise, International Post charges incur GST.
Please allow five to 28 working days depending on your international location and shipping method.
Shipping to the USA via Air-Mail takes from 4 to 6 days, local conditions may affect these times.

Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery must be paid by the purchaser upon receipt of the goods.
- Insurance: is available in some countries for Parcels. Insured value limit: AU$5000 (Fee: AU$3 plus AU$2 per AU$100 or part thereof, up to AU$5000). (In some countries a limit lower than AU$5000 applies)

Consignments over AU$2000 in value must be registered with Customs.
Whilst My Dolly and Me deliver promptly and efficiently, some orders may take from two to five days before despatch.

My Dolly and Me cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes unless by prior arrangement.
Although correct at the time of compilation post charges are subject to revision from time to time and services may be modified, added to or withdrawn.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS: If your do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact your Post Office or delivery agent. If your enquiries are unsuccessful, wait an additional week and If you still do not receive your order, contact Maree with your order details. If we are unable to locate the missing shipment, you will be issued a full refund and can re-order if you wish.
Note: At times there may be additional delivery delays due to special circumstances or events beyond our control, including Easter and the Christmas holiday season.

DAMAGED PARCELS: All orders are carefully packaged to minimize any possible damage or breakage. If your order has been damaged due to improper handling whilst in transit, you should fill out a damage report with either your Post Office or delivery agent. My Dolly and Me does not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse, however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases. You may also be eligible for full compensation from your Post Office or delivery agent.

RETURNS REQUEST:If the unlikely does occur and you need to make a return please use this form ~ Product Returns Form (click here) ~ and follow the instructions to ensure a speedy resolution.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE:You can purchase from My Dolly and Me with complete confidence.
In the unlikely event any of the products you purchase are defective in some way they may be returned to My Dolly and Me, PO Box 1091, Mount Gravatt 4122, QLD AU in the original packaging and the same condition it was despatched, within fourteen days from receipt (time in transit not included), for a full refund, exchange or credit. If returned we will reimburse for return postage costs and if replacement is requested it will be shipped free of charge. In some instances proof of delivery time may be required.
Note: Excludes freight and delivery charges.
